We will only entertain your refund request if sent to us within 3 Days after receiving the items and your refund request caused by our mistake or the items are not as described or have a technical issues or any damage, we will accept your refund request and the charges will be $0. • Once you contact support, you must detail your issue with the product.
• If your request is found valid, your refund request will be approved.
• After approval upon your refund request, you must pack the product in intact form along with the bill and all the parts.
• After your return is shipped back to us, the product will go for a quality check.
• Once the product surpasses the quality check, your refund request will be accepted successfully, and we will process your refund request.
