At Antminers23Hyd.com, we take product integrity and customer satisfaction seriously. However, due to the nature of specialized ASIC mining hardware, our return policy is limited. Please read the conditions below before placing an order.

🚫 1. No Returns After Shipment

We do not accept returns once an order has been shipped and delivered, except under specific warranty-related circumstances.

  • All sales are considered final after shipping.

  • We cannot accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, setup difficulties, or changes in mining profitability.

✅ 2. Eligible Return Conditions

A return may be accepted only if the unit is:

  • Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • Significantly damaged during shipping

  • Verified by us and Bitmain as defective at delivery

To request a return, you must:

  • Contact us within 72 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear evidence (photos/videos, serial number, description)

  • Receive written approval and return authorization from our support team

🚚 Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

🔁 3. Return Process

Once your return is approved:

  1. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number

  2. You must ship the unit back in its original packaging

  3. The item must be unused, with all factory seals intact (if applicable)

  4. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

🛠️ 4. Manufacturer Warranty Support

Most hardware issues are covered under Bitmain’s official warranty. In many cases, technical issues should be handled directly through Bitmain’s RMA service.

❌ 5. We cannot Accept Returns For:

  • Opened, modified, or damaged equipment

  • Issues resulting from overclocking or misuse

  • Operational issues caused by poor hydro-cooling environments

  • Units with tampered warranty labels
